When you create an account, only the minimal technical data required to maintain your access (such as a username and login credentials) are processed securely on our servers. No analytics, advertising identifiers, GPS data, or camera feeds are collected or stored.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your account data is stored securely on our EU-based servers. We keep this data until you request deletion of your account. When you request deletion, your account and related data will be permanently removed from our systems.

6. Children’s Privacy

PixByPix is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 years old. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information, please contact us at support@ary.eu so we can delete it.

7. In-App Purchases

The current version of PixByPix does not include in-app purchases, but we may introduce them in the future. Purchases will be processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We will not receive or store your payment details.
